About this Centre
We offer a host of activities for you to try here at Loftus Leisure Centre. Our gym includes a huge variety of cardio and resistance equipment, while you’re sure to find a class to suit you in our group fitness programme. Furthermore, we also have two swimming pools in which you can enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, casual swim sessions, aqua aerobics classes, casual sessions and fun sessions too. We also have a squash court available throughout the year, while you can relax and unwind in our health suite that includes a sauna and steam room.

Our 30-station gym provides the tools you need to achieve the goals you have set yourself. Our qualified fitness instructors are also there to guide you in the right direction, and to ensure that you make the most of your workout.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio is set out for us to deliver classes including Zumba, yoga, kettle bells, circuits and many more. Our qualified group fitness instructors are also there to give you that extra push in the class, helping you to achieve your goals.
Swimming Pool
Our two pools – a 25m main pool and a 10m teaching pool – are the perfect place to bring the family. Whether you want to enjoy a casual swim, improve your fitness or you want to take advantage of our award-winning swimming lessons, we’ve got all your needs covered.
