Our recently-opened gym includes over 100 pieces of brand-new TechnoGym cardio and resistance equipment. These include treadmills, Synchro Cross Trainers, exercise bikes, recliner bikes and Watt Bikes. There's also a 'Vario' Adaptive Cross Trainer and a Stairmaster too. We've also kitted the gym out with an Olympic lifting platform and a chin and dip machine to help meet all your fitness needs.

We offer a variety of different group fitness classes, so you’re sure to find one that suits you. These range from intense Bodypump, Bodycombat and group cycling classes to more relaxed yoga and Pilates sessions. Held throughout the week, come and check them out.

The main 25m, six-lane pool hosts our fitness and casual swimming sessions. If you want to have more fun, then our leisure pool is the place to come, thanks to its adrenaline-pumping flume. For beginners, we offer our award-winning swimming lessons to get you feeling confident in the water.
