About this Centre
The Poole (Dolphin) Leisure Centre offers you everything you could want from a leisure centre. Alongside the modern and well-equipped 60-station gym, we also offer a host of activities in our three pools. These comprise of a main pool, a teaching pool and a diving pool and in these you can enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, diving lessons, casual swim and fitness sessions, too. Furthermore, we’ve got a range of group fitness classes for you to enjoy, which have been designed to suit people of all ages and fitness levels, while you can also enjoy our sauna and steam room.

Gym
Our 60-station gym features state of the art equipment for both cardio and muscular work out sessions. You can track your progress via our mobile app and fully-qualified Fitness Motivators are on hand to help out when you need them.
Group Fitness Studio
Come and enjoy a range of group fitness classes including Bodypump, body combat, yoga and Pilates in our dedicated group fitness studio. All classes can be booked online, days in advance via the Everyone Active mobile app.
Swimming Pool
Whatever your favoured aquatic activity, we’re sure to cater for your needs. If you enjoy diving, then we’ve got a dedicated pool for that. We also have a 25m main pool, a boom pool and a 12m teaching pool, where we host our award-winning swimming lessons.

WELLNESS, WHENEVER, WHEREVER with Everyone On Demand. Access to our hand-picked fitness and wellness partners. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well.
