Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre, has all the facilities you’ll ever need to keep enjoying an active lifestyle. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment, while the two pools play host to our award-winning swimming lessons, alongside many other activities to suit all swimmers. You can also enjoy a plethora of group fitness classes, designed to suit everyone, while climbers of all ages and abilities can enjoy our indoor climbing wall. We also boast a dedicated Hot Yoga studio, crèche facilities, and our luxurious Verulamium Spa has to be seen to be believed.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

Our multi-use gym boasts a 180-station gym, with the state of the art TechnoGym key system, two large studios and a 28 bike cycle studio with integrated virtual system. We also offer a group fitness programme of over 120 classes accommodating all levels of fitness.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
We offer three fabulous pools, a water confidence pool, with slides and fountains, a teaching pool and a 25m, 10 lane pool for more serious swimmers.
Spa
Our beautiful spa facilities include luxurious treatment rooms, couples suite, five heat rooms, heated relaxation beds, spa bistro and beautiful indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Treatments using Environ & Caudalie products are available, while we make sure you relax, unwind and enjoy your spa experience.
