About this Centre
Weymouth Pool and Fitness Centre has a great range of facilities to help you enjoy your active lifestyle. You’ll find a recently-renovated, state-of-the-art gym that’s packed with all the latest Technogym equipment, while the two pools play host to our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a multitude of other aquatic activities, including Aqua Aerobics classes. You can also enjoy our full programme of group fitness classes that have been designed to suit just about everybody, while our function room is ideal for private parties, events and functions.

Gym
Our recently-refurbished gym features all the latest Technogym equipment. So, whether you prefer a lung-busting cardio workout, hit the weights to build some strength, want to work on some functional fitness or a mixture of all three, this is the perfect place for you.
Group Fitness Studio
Have fun, socialise and get fit by taking part in one of our group fitness classes. These range from Group Cycling (spinning) through to Yoga and Pilates. All classes can be booked days in advance online and via the Everyone Active app.
Swimming Pool
Our competition standard 25m, six-lane main pool is ideal for all swimmers to enjoy, while our teaching pool is perfect for junior swimmers to improve their water confidence. All of our pools offer award winning swimming lessons for adults and children.
Everyone On Demand
WELLNESS, WHENEVER, WHEREVER with Everyone On Demand. Access to our hand-picked fitness and wellness partners. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well.
