We have two pools here at White Oak – a 25m, six-lane main pool with a movable floor and a smaller learner pool. The former is where we host the majority of our swim sessions, including our award-winning swimming lessons, lane swimming and fun swimming sessions. The latter is perfect for getting younger children used to the water and enjoying themselves!

The White Oak 100+ station gym is packed with all the very latest fitness equipment. So, whether you fancy an intense cardio workout, want to lift some weights and build some muscle, do some resistance exercises, do a functional workout or a mixture of all four, you’ll find everything you need right here!

This dedicated hi-tech virtual group cycling studio is perfect for anyone who wants to give group cycling a go. Whether you’re an experienced group-cycler, or new to it, this is a great way to get into it. Classes are run by world-leading instructors via a big-screen in the studio, all you’ve got to do is follow the instructions!

TAGactive is a game-based indoor obstacle course designed for young people and adults alike. Within the arena, there are a number of challenges, such as net climbs, cargo tunnels, and ball pools, all of which have a number of Tags within them which you must tap with a sensor on your wrist. The more difficult the Tag to reach, the more points you get!

This is where we hold our Group Fitness classes. We’ve got something for everyone, from intense cardio classes, to more relaxed Yoga and Pilates sessions.
