Gym
Our gym is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines to tailor all of your fitness needs. We also boast a brand new performance space, perfect for anyone who loves to lift.
Group Fitness Studio
We offer a variety of group fitness and fitness classes, ranging in intensity and activity from Group Cycling, Zumba or HIIT classes to Aqua Aerobics and BODYPUMP. We also offer more relaxed classes and some of the best Yoga classes in Manchester.
Swimming Pool
Our 25m, 5-lane swimming pool is open seven days a week. Great for both fitness and casual swimming, as well as swimming lessons and aqua classes. We also have a small pool which is the perfect place to introduce your child to water.
Sports Hall
You’ll find a huge range of activities to enjoy in our spacious and flexible sports hall. Depending on what you fancy, you can come and enjoy sports such as badminton, five-a-side football, table tennis, basketball and many others.
