Online Terms and Conditions. The following terms apply for the ‘Join Now and pay No Joining Fee and No Last Month Up Front’ offer

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over in participating centres
2. The following terms apply for the ‘Pay no joining fee and no last month up front’ offer
3. Opens 04/01/2021 and closes for applications 31/01/2021
4. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at centre or already have a card to participate.
5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre and this must be received by 20^th of the month in order for the direct debit to stop on the 1^st of the following month.
6. The offer is to pay no initial upfront payment (i.e. no last month upfront or joining fee). Your first Direct Debit will take payment for your first full month of membership
7. You will not pay a pro-rata payment for the remainder of the previous month.
8. Not available to existing fitness members.

10. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
11. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
12. Offer does not apply to corporate memberships.
13. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
14. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
