Whatever your favourite sport, Ashdown Leisure Centre is almost certain to have you covered. If you prefer outdoor sports, then you can enjoy a game of football on our full-size outdoor pitch, play basketball on one of our three courts, play tennis, or enjoy a game of netball. Head inside, and you can take advantage of our well-equipped gym with all the latest kit, try out some of our group fitness classes, or enjoy a variety of activities in our sports hall.

Our recently-refurbished 50-station gym features the latest TechnoGym cardio and resistance equipment to meet all your needs.
Group Fitness Studio
We’ve got a host of different group fitness classes to choose from, which are a great way of keeping fit and socialising. You can choose from high intensity classes like BodyCombat, all the way to more relaxed yoga and Pilates courses.
Sports Hall
Come and enjoy a huge range of sports in our six-court sports hall. We have a range of activities available, which includes badminton, five-a-side football, basketball, table tennis and others too, while you can also hire all the necessary equipment too.
Artificial Football Pitch
This pitch is perfect for football and hockey. Available to hire on an individual basis and for regular club bookings.
