These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. 1. Offer available to UK residents aged 16 plus at participating centres: Stratford Park Leisure Centre & Cotswold Leisure – Cirencester.
2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now for £5 a month off concessionary memberships for the first 12 months’ offer.
3. Opens 01/08/2021 and closes for applications 30/09/2021.
4. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at centre or must already have a card already to participate.
5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary) and pay for pay for 1 month of their membership up front. This will cover the final month of membership. In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the center. This must be received by 20^th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1^st of the following month.
6. New members only (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
7. There will not be a joining fee (otherwise known as the administration fee) during the promotional period.
8. £5 a month off concessionary DD membership for the first 12 months.

10. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
11. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
