- Opens 01/08/2021 and closes for applications 30/09/2021.
- All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at centre or must already have a card already to participate.
- To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary) and pay for pay for 1 month of their membership up front. This will cover the final month of membership. In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
- New members only (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
- There will not be a joining fee (otherwise known as the administration fee) during the promotional period.
- 25% off the introductory offer price for 12 months from the members first DD collection
