One Lesson Free When You Refer A Friend – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Offer available to UK residents at participating centres: Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre
2. The following terms apply for the ‘1 lesson free when you refer a friend’ offer.
3. Opens 01/06/2022 and closes for applications 1/3/2023
4. All referees MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card, referrers must already have a card to participate.
5. To be eligible for the free month the referral must be received prior to the new member joining
6. The referee MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership swim lessons
7. The referee must have had 3 month’s DD membership cost collected before the referrer can claim their free month, excludes the pro-rata payment. If the referee cancels their membership before the first 3 full payments are taken, the referrer is not eligible for a free month.
8. The referrer will receive 1 free month at their standard monthly rate.
9. The referral scheme applies only to swimming lessons.
10. Does not apply to fitness, swim fitness and junior fitness memberships, activity memberships, activity courses or. The referrer must be enrolled on swim lessons for the free lesson to apply.
11. The referee must be a new swim lesson member (i.e. must not have been a swim lesson member in the previous 30 days).
12. There is no cap on the number of referrals a referrer can make.

14. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
15. The offer is open to UK residents.
16. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
17. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
18. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
