- To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
- A pro-rata payment and joining fee applies during the promotional period.
