Here at Derwent Swim and Fitness Centre, we’re determined to help you achieve your fitness goals – and for you to enjoy yourself in the process. Our brand-new, extended gym is packed to the gunnels with the latest resistance and cardio equipment, while our 25m swimming pool is ideal whether you want to enjoy our award-winning swimming lessons, swim for fitness, or just want to splash around and have fun. Furthermore, you can relax and unwind after your workout in our sauna.

Gym
Our fantastic gym facilities include a full suite of cardio and resistance machines, while there are also plenty of free weights for you to choose from. To help you along your way, our staff are always on hand to help you get the most out of your gym session.
Swimming Pool
Come and check out our fantastic four-lane, 25m main swimming pool. It’s where we host our award-winning swimming lessons, while there are plenty of other sessions to choose from too. These include aqua aerobics, lane swimming and fun float sessions for children at the weekend.
Sauna
Our eight-person sauna is the perfect way to unwind after a swim, or even just a tough day in the office, it relaxes the muscles and the mind, keeping you sharp for the rest of the day.
