About this Centre
Abbs Cross Health and Fitness offers something for all the family. Here, you can enjoy our 60-station gym with all the latest equipment and a four-court sports hall in which you can take part in a multitude of different activities. There’s also a group fitness studio in which we hold a huge range of classes that are designed to suit everybody, while there’s also a 25m swimming pool that plays host to our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a host of other aquatic activities.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service.

Our 60-station gym includes all the latest resistance and cardio machines to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be, while our friendly and knowledgeable fitness motivators are always on hand to help you get the most out of your workout.
Swimming Pool
The six-lane, 25m pool is perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. We hold our award-winning swimming lessons here, while you can also enjoy fitness swimming sessions, as well as more casual, fun sessions, as well as other aquatic activities.
Sports Hall
You can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities in our flexible and spacious sports hall. These include badminton, five-a-side football and even basketball.
